This is an ideal holiday home, fully furnished and over looking a canal from a covered veranda that is fenced and child proof. It has its own beach, its own good sized pool, and has a secure section and secure parking with an electric gate. The home is handy to a great collection of convenience shops including assorted takeaways. Just as handy is a children park and it is only a 15 minute stroll to the best shopping mall and cinema complex on the Coast and an equal distance to the surf beach. The motorway is nearby to go to the theme parks or you can catch a bus from the shopping centre to go there or almost anywhere else. The property consists of three bedrooms, a master with ensuite and TV, a second Queen sized and the third with two sets of bunks. There is a rumpus room with bar size pool table, a soccer game, assorted other games and bikes etc and its own TV. It also has a fold down sleepable couch if guests stay over. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a useful island and stools and the kitchen looks out over the veranda to the water, as does the dinning room which seats eight and which leads into the lounge where there are three lounge suites and a TV in an amoire. The lounge also looks out over the veranda to the canal on one side and the pool on the other.There is a second bathroom with a bath and separate shower and a separate toilet as well as a separate laundry. The veranda has great views and is covered as well as being child fenced and there are two outdoor table and chair sets and a BBQ on this veranda and through one gate there are steps going down to a wooden deck that is right on the sand.Out of town there are things within easy distance like the animal zoo close to the airport that even sports a crocodile and Mt Tamborine which has some delightful craft and food shops and bush walks and while there you may see the para gliders.

It is situated in a quiet location on the Mornington Peninsula close to beaches and shops. The cottage has a queen sized bed and 2 singles if required with all linen and towels provided. a bathroom well equipped kitchen, dining, lounge with TV DVD and CD player with a selection of DVD's and CD's, also books and games, washing machine, hairdryer, iron ironing board and a safe. For guests comfort there is a gas heater and an air conditioner, Continental breakfast ingredients are supplied. No smoking indoors. Off street parking. Outside there is a private sitting area with BBQ and guests can enjoy the use of a large pool.
