This spacious top floor accommodation has unrestricted views over reserve, lagoon and the beach from living/dining rooms and front balcony. The bedrooms overlook a leafy palm filled garden. It is an easy walk to the beach just 300 metres away. Children are welcome and will enjoy the park with swings, slide and play equipment across the road. North Curl Curl Beach is located 300 metres away, surrounded by cliffs and dunes. Clean waves make it a popular surfing spot. Even at the height of summer its long stretch of golden sand remain relatively uncrowded. During summer it has lifeguard patrolled swimming areas and an enclosed ocean pool.Curl Curl to Dee Why headland offers a not too strenuous half hour coastal walk boasting fabulous cliff and ocean views. Around Manly there are a number of beautiful walks from the famous Scenic Walkway, to informal strolls along the ocean front promenade to Shelley Beach. Longer walks can be found around Sydney Harbour National Park all the way to the Spit Bridge. For more walks you can check out the Manly Tourism website. Directly across the road from the Beach House is a grassy reserve, ideal for a family game of cricket, ball throwing, or kite flying. It also has a children's playground with swings, seesaw and slippery dip. Stoney Range Nature Reserve in Dee Why is a great picnic destination with BBQ facilities provided Netball and football fields are just down the road. Ku-ring-gai National Park is close by on the Northern beaches peninsular.
