This living room has floor to ceiling windows and view over pond and creek beside the house as well as views over the Lake and toward the Remarkable Mountain Range. The bedrooms all have wall mounted heaters and in each of the living dining areas there are heat pumps. There are ski / bike storage lockers in available in the outside carpark. So very private and quiet yet only minutes to the CBD, just down the road from Grace Hospital and minutes from Tect Arena where many sporting and cultural events take place. Enjoy a quiet wine in the evenings overlooking the pond while watching the world go by. There are lovely gardens to wander in.Renners Park 9 Hole golf course is a mere 3 minutes drivedown the road. Many retired people enjoy the slower pace of this course but Tauranga Golf Course is only 10 minutes by car. This is an 18 hole course of high standard.Greerton Shopping Centre is only 5 minutes down the road. There are a number of restaurants, banks as well as boutiques. The food supermarket is 10 minutes by car. Of course the world renown Mt Maunganui beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.The Weather.Due to its sheltered position on the east coast, Tauranga enjoys a warm, subtropical climate. The summer temperatures are around 22-25oC (60-70oF) and cooler winter months are12-18oC (50-60oF).
