Opal Cottage is a cute one bedroom cottage overlooking the old town opal fields with a view to the west for the some of most beautiful sunsets you might ever see. Opal Cottage is set off by an eccentric garden established over twenty years ago.

The central level has a stunning,large open plan kitchen, with scullery. There is family room, with dinning for 8, open gas fire, 42 inch plasma TV, and built in sound system. The lounge has a 100 inch projector home theatre, and open gas fire. The study/ library is fully equipped with computer , printer , fax , and books. There is also a wireless lan.The central level opens out onto a large deck with open fire equipped with a fire starter. On the deck which has both covered and uncovered areas there is a tepenyaki table that seats 10 people. There is also a bar-be-que and a reflecting pool. There is also a seperate bathroom on this level Bedrooms This house has 3 bedrooms on the top level. The master en suite has a Japanese style solid granite spa bath, 3 vanities, and a triple shower, whilst the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom within a separate hallway. There is a double sofa bed in a separate study, giving a fourth room for accommodation.The View To the north, the house looks down the valley to the city , to the west the view is through mature native trees to the domain. It is very tranquil here yet a few paces to the hub-bub of Parnell Rd., with restaurants, bars and a few minutes to the city Garaging and Laundry.The lower level has a laundry and double garage.The driving access to the garage is through an automated security gate.
