A dream cottage experience situated on 7 acres surrounded by trees and beautiful Lake Waseosa. The birch hardwood flooring and pine ceiling add character and showcase the details that went into the design of Hidden Treasure.The great room features a classic Muskoka stone fireplace with a pine mantle. Above the mantle is a new flat screen TV. The couch seats 8 comfortably, perfect for quiet summer evenings with a classic movie and popcorn. For the music enthusiasts there are speakers in every room, controlled by a stereo with mp3 player connectivity and a CD player.The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, stove and filtered water system. This cottage has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a 4 piece ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower, Jacuzzi tub and radiant in-floor heating. The second bedroom comes with two single beds and a bunk bed. The third bedroom features a twin bed and a single bed. The fourth bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed, perfect for Grandma and Grandpa. The main three piece bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms.The lower level of the cottage is an ideal spot for the kids. This large open area features a foosball table, table tennis, two small couches and a TV connected to a DVD player. This area also has a walkout that takes you down to the water.Directly off the kitchen and dining room is a screened Muskoka room with a table for spending time together as a family. Next to the Muskoka room is a partially sheltered deck overlooking the lake. The deck has a glass patio table and chairs. It has a BBQ to help prepare the evening's dinner. There is a fire pit for marshmallows or an impromptu family sing-along.With 260 ft of lake front, a paddle boat and canoe available, the family will probably spend most of their time by the water. The L-shaped 30 x 6 dock has all day sun and Muskoka chairs.
