There are interesting shops in the surrounding neighbourhood and numbers of markets, open air and covered, within a few blocks. Among the nearby restaurants are Wepler (a traditional brasserie specializing in sea food), Melrose and Bofinger at Place de Clichy, Tete de Goinfre and Cave de Cochon on rue Jacquemont and le Perroquet Vert on rue Cavalotti nearby.
