There are monk seals, turtles and beautiful tropical fish in the water with you. You can rent equipment at Poipu Beach. The legendary Poipu Bay Golf Course is minutes away and is open to the public. The best restaurants on Kauai are in Poipu, Roy's Bar and Grill, The Beach House, and Tidepools at the Hyatt. Brick oven pizza is a 15 minute drive away. There is shopping near by as well. The condo is located on the southern most tip of the island, the sunny part of the island. Drive 1-1/2 hours north to the rain forest part of the island. There are many adventures there. Drive 1-1/2 hours to the west and visit the arid side of the island. Visit the Grand Canyon of Hawaii, Waimea Canyon, a 45 minute drive to the west. There are many hiking trails here. All this is packed into one island with our condo located in the middle of it all, with an ocean view. This beautiful, fully air conditioned, Poipu Kai Regency condo is very spacious with two stories that open into a loft that serves as a forth bedroom. On the main floor there is the master bedroom with a King sized bed, a large master bathroom, walk in shower, tub, closet, 2 sink vanity, TV and even a private Lanai. There is a second bedroom with two twin beds (which can be made into a King sized bed) if desired and bathroom for their use. We have provided a stacked washer/dryer on this floor as well. The Kitchen, with granite counter tops, is very modern and is loaded with the newest appliances for your convenience. The Fantastic Four is a large condo with central A/C. It was built in 2001 and still feels new. It is a great property for groups from 4-10 people. Our location is a short 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach, safe for kids and adults with great snorkeling, boogie boarding and surfing areas. Life guards are also on duty.Swimming pool is just 30 seconds out the door and there are 2 other pools to enjoy as well. 10 tennis courts are available in the greenbelt area. We are also very close to the Grand Hyatt Resort and spa. This is an easy walk and offers a world class spa, evening cocktails, 4 incredible restaurants, Poipu Bay Golf resort, evening hula shows and morning coffee from Starbucks! It's great to have everything so close!The property is spacious and well furnished. We recently added 2 flat panel TV's and new beds. Kitchen is generously large and very nicely equipped.
