Located in the village of Liburd Hill, 10 minutes away from Vance Amory Airport, we are a newly-built establishment with three fully appointed apartments within walking distance of an enchanting coastal seascape. For the budget-conscious looking for a comfortable, peaceful retreat or to commune with nature, our clean, well-maintained, non-smoking apartments will be the perfect complement. From Cole’s you can enjoy the cooling caress of tropical sea breezes. In the mornings you can absorb the beauty of the dawning sun lighting its way across cosy pastures and the lush green of Liburd Hill. As you drift about, you may occasionally gaze upwards towards the magnificent cloud-crowned mountain that is Nevis Peak. And when you desire to venture out, vehicle rentals are available and are the best mode of transport for most visitors. There is also a bus route just 200 yards away. The island is fairly easy to get around.Our three individually distinctive apartments are fully-contained, each with its private veranda. One is fully accessible to the physically challenged; another veranda is screened, while the bathroom in another is equipped with a Jacuzzi. Each apartment offers comfortable accommodations for 2 persons. Cole’s provides a weekly maid service to ensure your comfort in this delightfully pristine environ.

The Villa at Clifton's Estate offers a 3 bed room 2 bath accomodation on 2 fenced and well landscaped private acres with view to Nevis mountain, the neighboring island of St Kitts, the Caribbean sea, and the breathtaking sunsets. Also included is access to the estate private beach that has a gazebo and parking.The property is located on the leeward side of the island so you will witness our very romantic sunsets. We are a short drive to the island's airport, restaurants, hotels, and the main island town, Charlestown.We know you will enjoy your stay.The villa has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining room and great room. The wrap around patio is very large and offers an outstanding view of St Kitts and the Caribbean Sea. All rooms are screened and have ceiling fans.The master bedroom (north) has a large poster bed and private bath. Views to the north and east.The south bedroom has two twin beds with large closet and drawer space and a spectacular view of the mountain.The East bedroom has a queen bed and large closet, desk and view to Nevis mountain. Kitchen area is well equipped and has serving window to deck.

For the evening, Nevis has quite a show for you. The sun sets are magnifecent. An evening walk on the beach is a must. Once the sun is gone, there is nothing more glorious than the night sky of Nevis, the stars shine so bright that you'll be amazed.Dinner on the deck would go very nicely with the twinkling sky, and on most nights shooting stars can be seen more than once. Horseback riding, kayaking, diving, snorkeling, etc. is only a very short drive from the property. For variety, you can visit the sister island of St Kitts (it's only 2 miles away) Take your car on the sea bridge . It's a 5 minute drive from the property and the ride over to St Kitts is only 20 minutes. St. Kitts is a very upbeat island.
