Welcome to the wonderful house with historic charm! Luxury meets typical Spanish architecture. This country house was still in the last century a Majorcan Bodega have survived their tracks. Two huge wine barrels are integrated into the cozy living room. In between the large open fireplace is located. You'll find more than 200 square meters of living space that offers each guest as needed and individual privacy. The living area is divided into 5 comfortable bedrooms (1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with double and single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 4 modern bathrooms (3x with shower and tub, 1 with shower), a fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area, the living room, a gallery and 2 lounges. A typical visit to this farm is reminiscent of a museum - ancient historical setting puts the tourists in the Spanish lifestyle. All stairways are equipped with parental controls - just comes with a cot and a high chair for equipment. The exterior is characterized by a large garden with several terraces (2 covered, 1 then with shower and toilet at the pool). A pool with waterfall and outdoor shower, and an outdoor grill next to the pool for leisurely barbecues under the Mediterranean sun The garden is full of plants, overgrown includes pine and palm trees. A ping pong table is available. Parking is available on site. The property is secured and can not be seen with a lockable steel gate. Consell and the surrounding towns such as Santa Maria and Alaro offer all the shopping, which is easy access to Palma. The drive to Palma takes about 20-30 minutes. We recommend our guests in every case is to rent a car. In Santa Maria you can change in the course and within easy reach from there, Inca and Palma The rental price includes all utilities (electricity, oil, water, bedding, towels) and we do not require a deposit. Best location in the heart of the old village of Puerto del Carmen in one of the longest established apartment-complexes on site. Small studio in well maintained, quiet location with sea view and pool in front of your balcony. The friendly arrangement with good comfort allows a peaceful break.Although the ground area is small, this studio has everything you might need during your stay. In the small kitchen you prepare small dishes on two ceramic hobs, the flat-screen TV has many German, some English and Spanish channels and radio with CD is not missing. To make the comfort perfect, we offer bathrobes and beach towels in your studio. The bathroom was completely renovated recently and also has a washing machine and a large shower.Here you don`t really need a car for your stay if you do not already want to explore the island anyway. Otherwise, you do everything here on foot. The next cheap supermarket is located directly above the area in about 200 metres distance. Restaurants and bars are right in the immediate vicinity, but without being affected by noise at night. In the apartment-complex a friendly Englishman runs a little day bar, which also prepares snacks. Night's sleep is ensured because the bar is closing about 10pm.
