This is an open-space apartment (35 m2) with large bed (160×200 cm) separated by wardrobe and curtain, rather than walls. 3rd bed (145×200 cm) you get by extending sofa. That is why this apartment is kind of crossover between studio an apartment. Not really a studio as it has a large bed, but also not an apartment as you don’t get “real” bedroom (walls). Good side of this concept is that no space is lost and apartment looks even more spacious than it is. You can watch TV from the bed or just pull curtains when you want to create a cozy sleeping corner.If you need to write few quick mails there is a desk and wireless connection to Internet. You don’t even need to bring your computer – there is a laptop available. However, if you just need to see photos you took today with your camera you don’t even need that. In the living area, there is a 36-inch full HD TV capable of viewing most of your digital media (photos, videos, music) directly on TV through USB connection.Kitchen is small but equipped with all you need to prepare and serve a meal. That is if you’re able to resist numerous cafes and restaurants just steps away. As for coffee lovers, you can choose between classic filter coffee machine or an espresso (Dolce Gusto). Just let us know your preference on check in.In the bathroom there is a shower. It is supplied with all you need: soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher and oven. Varos Tom is a great four star apartment located in the centre of Split. Just a minutes' walk from Marmontova (the main shopping street in Split), the apartment is also close to the numerous bars, restaurants and architectural treasures that make a stay in Split so unique. The apartment is officially rated as 4 stars by the Croatian Tourism Board. As you enter you are greeted by the dining and kitchen area which is fully equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine. The living area contains a large comfortable corner sofa and 42' Plasma TV. The sofa also turns into a bed that can sleep two people. The master bedroom is downstairs, beside the bathroom and shower, and contains a large double bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes. Upstairs, you will find a spacious second bedroom that contains two single beds. The apartment also has access to a beautiful patio which allows you to enjoy the Split atmosphere while you have some lunch or read a book.

Welcome to Split,the ancient city under UNESCO's protection built by the roman emperor Diocletian! Our apartments are part of Split's traditional stone-built houses placed on an old roman pedestrian street called Radunica, around 100 meters from the historic palace and a couple of min. from the main bus/train/ferry port and the beaches.The stone structure gives them a beautiful appearance and it also helps stimulate the internal temperature during hot Croatian summers.The atmosphere in the street is very pleasant because there are no cars so it is very quiet. Our apartment consists of one bedroom with a double-bed which can be separated in two single beds,a kitchen and bathroom ( all in separated rooms). It's equipped with wi-fi,air-conditioning and TV.Entrance is private.Our apartments are new renovated,clean and placed in perfect location.If you are interested you can read the rest of the text which provides you information on places which you can see and things you can do once you arrive in Split and stay in our apartment (when you arrive we will give you good tips as well :)):The vicinity of the main points of town enables you to experience exciting adventures while discovering the secrets of the ancient palace by yourselves or with help of a tourist guide.On your way you can take a break in one of the finest restaurants in Split and enjoy some of the multiple dalmatian fish dishes and vine or relax in a bar and on the promenade benches with the view of the sea. In the end of the day you can enjoy various night life amusements intended for all ages such as clubs,traditional dance and music festivals on the promenade,romantic walks with the view of the palace at night etc.or take a rest without noisy cars around to disturb your sleep (it's a walking zone).Catching a tan can be a piece of cake if you decide to visit some of the nearby beaches.The best part about these apartments is that you can move around without a car.Although this is a walking zone we can help you find a free parking near the apartments or you can leave your car on the nearby parking lots (10 Eur per day).This is a perfect place to spend your holidays and enjoy the sun,the beach and adventurous trips to the past!

The Peristil apartment is one of the few apartments located inside the old walls of Diocletian's Palace. With some of the best views of Split's most famous landmark (The Peristil) from your living room the apartment could not be in a better location. As it is within the famous walls you are only a short strool to any of the restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist attractions that Split has to offer. The apartment is also very close to the main ferry terminal in Split which provides the opportunity of some daytrips to some of the beautiful Dalmation islands such as Brac and Hvar. The famous Bacvice beach is also within walking distance for when you need a break from all that Split has to offer. The Peristil apartment is located directly opposite Split's most famous landmark 'The Peristil'.
