These rooms contain sections of the original chalkboards with teachers notes still clearly legible, vintage maps, a variety of teaching materials, or other memorabilia.The Arts & Crafts Room: In this room the local seniors made quilts and other crafts. It has a mix of vintage furnishings, including a full-size bed, a twin bed, a dresser and an original student desk. We have preserved the unique "party-colored" patchwork style carpeting. In keeping with olden times, the bathroom is down the hall. For your comfort and convenience there is an electric fireplace and a mini-fridge.The Geography Room: This spacious room, with 13 foot high ceilings, has four large windows that face the setting sun. The furnishings are a mix of vintage pieces including a queen-size bed, and a full-size bed, an antique dresser, and an original student's work table. As a modern touch, there is an electric fireplace and a mini-fridge.The History Room: This cozy room is furnished with an antique full-size bed and small vintage dresser.
