The building consists of 18 apartments, 9 apartments large, 7 small apartments and 2 penthouses with terrace. The street on which the building is located is a pedestrian street next to City Hall, in the historic center and commercial heart of the city, with easy access to the subway, bus lines, taxi or train. All apartments of the Gascons street have a bedroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen in the set and a bathroom. They have air conditioning and heating, wireless internet service, tv and all the kitchen equipment, as well as sheets, towels, etc.. The daily cleaning service from Monday to Saturday, including weekly linen change and towels every other day. The price is calculated by length of stay and number of occupants and includes VAT and all the above services as well as water and electricity supplies. Cuba Roof Garden apartment is a wonderful penthouse in the city of Valencia. It is located in the heart of Ruzafa, in Cuba Street. When entering, we found ourselves in the spacious living room with access to the terrace by a large window that opens wide and allows joining the lounge and the terrace like a single great stay to enjoy the magnificent mediterranean light . The living room is fully equipped for comfort: TV, DVD player and a nice fireplace for winter nights a little cooler.The kitchen is fully integrated into this spacious main space. It is very well equipped with everything you may need (washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc ...). The dining table can be extended and accommodate up to 8 guests.Then we enter the sleeping area by a hallway that leads to the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two master bedrooms are very big with a double bed of 150cm. One has a furniture with storage compartments and the other has a whole wall with large closets. Each double bedroom is next door to a single room. The separation is a solid wood sliding door, ensuring good privacy in each of the bedrooms.The two bathrooms are modern: one with bath and wc, the other with shower and wc.This house has been renovated with high quality materials. We love the lovely terrace, the brightness and amplitude of the living-room and the plus of the fireplace.
