The flat is located in the Ciutat Vella/Centro Historico (The Old City). As it was 2000 years ago, the Old City is still considered the heart of Valencia. Set back 6 kilometers from the sea, the Arab influence lingers still in the narrow, winding, Old City streets. You will never be more than a short walk away from the most fantastic Old City architecture, such as the enchanting modernistic train station and the breathtaking ceramic mosaics and iron works of the Mercado Central, both busy and bustling centers of activity. The area is tiny. One can stroll across it in less than 30 minutes but many of the main sights are in these neighborhoods; the Gothic Silk Exchange, the Cathedral, and the Central Market and other fascinating sights are tucked away in the narrow alleyways and corners of this fantastic area. It is also the home to many of the City’s best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. From this area, it’s just a short bus ride to the new city, the beach, and the countryside. The studio is perfect for one or two people. Its in a modern building, one block Southwest of the Estacio del Nord (Central Train Station). It is located on the main avenue entering the Centro Historico. The building has a doorman, and three elevators. It is a small and cozy space perfectly suited for a couple. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, one large bed, an eating and sitting area and an exceptionally large bathroom with a bathtub. The flat is fully equipped with all you need for a great stay, including wireless internet service. In the neighborhood are a variety of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and clubs. All other areas of the city and its surroundings are easily accessible by walking or bus, taxi or subway.

This traditional Spanish villa with private pool, has 5 compact bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people,is located in the lively town of Lliria, 20 minutes from the City of Valencia and the beach. The villa has it's own enclosed private garden,and is suitable for families with children. All facilities within the villa are based on a truly Spanish theme, with all floors tiled in a traditional Spanish style, with whitewashed walls and ceilings. Wooden shutters cover all windows, with solid-oak doors separating all of the internal rooms. There are 3 terraces where you can catch the sun during the day,alternatively, just laze under the numerous trees within the grounds or take a dip in the 5m x 3m private swimming pool. There are parking facilities, within the gated garden for up to 5 cars.There is a bus service from directly outside the villa which can take you the 1KMS into the center of Lliria from the villa. There are 10 golf courses within an hour's drive of the villa plus the Formula 1 circuit in Valencia and motorbike circuit at Cheste are a 30 minute car journey away. You can catch the metro from Lliria directly into the center of Valencia.
