Burnbrow Cottage - is a tastefully decorated cosy self-contained cottage set in an attractive garden at Allansford, 5 minutes east of Warrnambool, located beside Burnbrow Manor Bed & Breakfast. The Cottage is able to offer a diverse range of accommodation options to meet the needs of its guests, along with gas central heating for the chilly nights and portable fans, on stands, for the summer.The 3 bedroom cottage consists of one bedroom with a double and single bed, second bedroom a queen bed whilst the third bedroom has a double/single bunk bed. All rooms are tastefully decorated and quite individual in their decor - all beds have electric blankets, quality linen, doonas as well as throw rugs. Take time to relax in the lounge, enjoy a video or just settle down on the couch or futon (which can be made up as an extra double bed) to watch a TV program, DVD or explore the bookcase with the extensive range of books to read. The fully functional kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and gas stove.A corner spa compliments the bathroom which also has a separate shower recess, hand basin and toilet - all towels and bathmats are provided. The laundry is located on the back veranda, as is an additional bathroom with shower and toilet. The enclosed back yard is suitable for children and/or pets. Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. BBQ, large veranda with outdoor setting makes for a great entertaining area undercover. Breakfast is available for an additional charge. The living area is an open plan for the lounge/dining & Kitchen.There is a Den with tv/dvd and 2 sofa pullout double beds.Main Bedroom has it's own ensuite.Lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open living. All modern conveniences are fitted in kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundery including Central heating and air conditioning plus the luxury of quality mattress's. BEACH POINT COTTAGE: Is a three bedroom cottage just 750 meters walk to the beach, or a 4 minute drive to the main st. BEACH POINT COTTAGE is private and tucked away behind the sand hills over-looking a large park/oval. Quite often you will be able to hear ocean roar while you lay in bed! Beach Point cottage is completely self sufficient including towels, linen and a complete kitchen with dish washer and Laundry. We are family focused. We also allow pets, conditions apply.
